Merry New Year
Why Merry? 'Cause we made merry! Wahoo! We went to some friends' home over in Breaux Bridge...he's a sugar cane farmer and she's a radio DJ. There were a bunch of other folks there and we ate really good food, drank some good beer(and even some water), popped alot of fireworks, and just had an all out ball! It's funny because on our way into town yesterday I commented to my wife how this was the first year since our marriage that we'd not been invited over to someone's home for New Year's Eve. Well, we stopped off at Piper's Haven for some pipe tobacco and a couple of cigars and inside was my friend Kent. He asked what we were doing and immediately invited us over to their bonfire that evening. Sweet!
Again, Merry New Year!

Well I am glad that you are posting again. Hope that you and your family had a good New Years. Mine consisted of eating dingdongs and drinking a cup of really cheap wine, oh and watching Dick Clark with the hubby, snore. Anyway, you have got me doing a blog, so check it out sometime. I do have to warn you, I talk about star wars, lol.
